Orders

All flowers are hand-crafted to order. As flowers are seasonal, we may substitute stems of equal or greater value and keep to the style and colour of your chosen design.

Delivery

We deliver Tuesday to Saturday. Same-day orders must be placed before the cut-off time shown at checkout. If the recipient is not home we will leave the flowers in a safe place or with a neighbour and leave a card, or contact you.

Cancellations & refunds

Because flowers are perishable and made to order, you may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the delivery date. Please contact us on 071 964 1800. If anything is not right with your flowers, tell us within 24 hours of delivery and we will put it right.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
